Stock Dimensions

Stock boards feature set dimensions, volumes and design elements that Nev has perfected over decades. Each size is fine-tuned for optimal all-round performance. Boards with stock dimensions can begin shaping as soon as your order is placed.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, visit our Contact page and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll arrange a time for you to chat with Nev to create a board design tailored to your needs. A custom order fee of AU$180 applies to cover the design and preparation of your custom board file.

Board Colour Finishes

Want to add a colour finish to your board? Colour sprays and resin tints are available for an additional cost:

All Colour Sprays – AU$120 per board
Resin Tints – AU$150 per board
Clear (No colour) – No extra cost

The cost will be automatically added when you select a colour finish before adding your board to the cart.

Build Time

All boards are made to order and built specifically for you. Once confirmed, your board will take approximately 2–3 weeks to build.

Shipping

We offer free delivery across Bali for all surfboard orders. Once your board is ready, we’ll deliver it directly to your villa, surf stay, or hotel. If you’re traveling to Bali, we can hold your order in our boardroom until you’re ready for delivery.

The Funshape is a versatile mid-length that challenges traditional surfboard categories. Originally shaped in the late ’80s for Gold Coast surfer John Nielsen, this model combines the paddle power and flow of a mid-length with the precision and responsiveness of a high-performance board.

Featuring a balanced nose, round tail, and subtle yet effective foil distribution, the Funshape offers smooth rail transitions and surprising responsiveness for its size. Its rocker and bottom contours borrow from big-wave gun designs—allowing it to carry speed effortlessly and maintain control in steeper sections, while the fuller outline keeps it accessible and forgiving in everyday surf.
