SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once you confirm and pay your order, we'll get started building your new board for you. Our build time for stock and custom boards is 2–3 weeks. As soon as your board is complete, we'll deliver your order directly to your villa, surf stay, or hotel. We can also hold your order safely in our boardroom until you're ready for delivery—if you're travelling to Bali soon.

When your order is ready, we'll coordinate a delivery time with you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with your estimated delivery time, driver details and live delivery tracking information.

If you're unsure of your exact delivery address in Bali, or you're still deciding where you'll stay—you can still place your order with us today and we'll confirm the delivery address with you once you've sorted out your travel plans.   • Free shipping for surfboard orders—for all locations across Bali.
  • Rp150K/AU$15.00 shipping for orders under Rp900k/AU$90 value—for all locations across Bali.
  • Same day delivery once your order is ready.

Rest of Indonesia

  • Shipping rate is calculated based on the delivery location.
  • 7–14 days delivery timeframe once your order is ready.

RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER

When confirming your order, please ensure the delivery address and the name of your villa, surf stay, or hotel are correct. Nev Future Shapes cannot be held responsible for incorrectly confirmed delivery details, which may delay your delivery timeframe.

All deliveries must be received and signed by the customer or a nominated person at the delivery address. Deliveries cannot be left unattended and will be returned to our warehouse if the customer or nominated person is not present at the time of delivery.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally happen beyond our control. On rare occasions, delivery times may be subject to delays due to causes outside of Nev Future Shapes and/or the delivery partners control—including but not limited to cultural holidays, peak traffic periods, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances (if applicable). In the event that an unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will do our best to find a solution for you as quickly as we can.

RETURNS

As all Nev Future Shapes surfboards are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless there is an order error, quality issue, or damage during shipping. If you believe there is a problem with your board once it has been delivered, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. All return requests for surfboards must be made within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

For clothing, surf hardware and accessories, we accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Returns & exchanges shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
